Moist, two-layered carrot cake with pineapple, coated in a luscious, light cream cheese frosting. Decorated with nibbed walnut sprinkles and a carrot cake crumb. A great addition to cake counters. Pre-cut into 16 slices. Simply defrost on a plate for eight hours (ideally overnight) in a refrigerator.
